You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service;
• upload or transmit malicious code;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;
• use automated means to abuse free features or daily limits (e.g., bypassing anonymous visitor limits).

Paid services are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices and point values are shown before you confirm. Orders are confirmed once payment is captured. Where a service is symbolic or ceremonial in nature, no physical or guaranteed outcome is promised.

Because services may be delivered digitally or performed on confirmation, refunds are handled case by case. Request a refund by contacting us at chinesedeity@126.com within 14 days of purchase. Where required by law, mandatory consumer rights prevail.

All content, trademarks, and software on the Service are owned by us or our licensors, except where otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Reference data derived from public sources remains subject to its original terms.

If you submit content (such as a wish or blessing message), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and store it as part of the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.

The Service displays advertising from third parties, including Google AdSense, and uses third-party analytics. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Qionghai, Hainan Province, China. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer's right to bring a claim before the courts of their own place of residence where mandatory consumer-protection laws so provide.

The Service is operated by Shengping Zhou, an individual operating as "ChineseDeity", based in Qionghai, Hainan Province, China.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
